The only weak defense you can make is that there is no evidence--
But you and I and everyone on this thread know that there has been plenty of evidence produced (the latest by Manafort's own attorney in a huge faux pas of a filing) to show there were bad actors involved inside and outside the Trump campaign...
That with Trump's anal-retentive personality there is no way anything significant in that campaign happened w/o Trump's OK and oversight...

The ONLY reason Trump hasn't been indicted for criminal charges before is that no body really cared enough to do it...

Trump likely should have been indicted along with Don Jr and Ivanka for the SoHo fraud case but he made a big donation to the NYC prosecutor and bought their way out of the indictment

I think he has finally pissed off enough people who can't be bought off...
Mueller, who is methodical and pretty uncorruptable, has seen plenty of what Trump and his group have done to cut the legs out from under democracy and the Constitution
Mueller will do whatever it takes to ensure appropriate punishment occurs...
