The Democrats are just bullying small business owners trying to make a living.

The Democrats want to bankrupt small business all across America. Democrats hate Main Street America and this 15 dollar minimum wage is just another tax on small business owners.

It's a Democratic economic war on small business owners, disabled Americans, people who are trying to get there foot in the door and advance.

Lots of big businesses love these higher minimum wages because $15 would end small business competition and they can raise prices through the roof.

It is going to be interesting to see the incredible fall-out when many cities in America have $15 an hour minimum wages.

Small businesses are going to close droves with the owners going bankrupt at $15 an hour. Big business will have much lower lease rate as commercial vacancies will sky rocket because people will not be able to run their dreams.

Big real estate investment will also raise rents in response high minimum wages because they can charge more for entry level-apartments if a couple is making $30 an hour.

People with disabilities who just want to dignity of a place to go and make some money will be staying at home in a state of depression because of the Democrats $15 wage proposals.

Entry-level workers who want to get there foot in door will be unemployed and helpless if Bernie Sanders proposals passes.

The Democrats absolutely hate small business, manufacturing, mining jobs.

It's funny how all the low-wage Teabillies cry about raising the minimum wage. They've spent decades on their knees pleasing their boss just to claw their way up to the poverty wage of $15/hour. And they can't STAND the thought that somebody else is gonna get that modest wage without the indignities they've suffered.

Please massa... don't take away my ****ty wages. I'll work for free massa!

Now I am not saying that I am not in favor of a $15 dollar minimum wage, but when you are dealing with that part of the expense of running a business, the wage a person makes is a direct cost that the owner of the business can control.

The other costs of a business being your lease/mortgage, you insurance, the cost of your supplies, the cost of your communication lines, are all costs that most often you have little to know control over.

So a business big or small, has only two ways of dealing with their cost, 1.) Pass that cost on to it's customers, or not hire as many employees or a combination of both.

In a small business case, $15 dollar minimum wage means most often the owner not being to employ as many people or a higher cost of the product it's self. And both of those options effect on local economy in bad ways.

If you can't afford to pay decent wages, then you don't have a viable business model.

Go get a real job. Or file for bankruptcy. I don't care.

Exactly, if they cannot make it work, someone WILL come along that can, demand for products and services is still going to be there, someone WILL rise up to meet it.

If a business can't pass along its expenses onto customers, it has no right to live..

Corporations squeezing their workers, because this, because that, because whatever..

Its not supposed to be a bottom up plan... Huge corporations increase wages first, then smaller and smaller companies. Then at the margin, more people can afford the price increase the smallest ones need.

Only is America, is having two or three jobs looked at something great by politicians on the rightwing. Now I mean, if the first or second job is not enough to pay all the bills, wages are just to damn low in the US!!
