Show me where it says congress represents illegal aliens. Congress represents citizens and legal residents.
The Constitution refers to representation of all “free persons” and the only category of free persons excluded is “Indians not taxed.” The Constitution makes no distinction between “free persons” who are illegal aliens and “free persons” who are not.

Honestly, this is 1 of those things that the Framers perhaps should have put more thought into. Of course, there are a lot of other things, as well.
Seems to me a lot of people are expending a lot of energy on something that does not amount to a hill of beans. Household with non citizens that would be scared, i.e. illegals, dont fill out a census form.
But when you don't, they come to your door. You would think they would fill one out rather than get a visit.
While there is no exact measurement studies have suggested approximately half file returns. Below is one article. You can google for others if you care.
Right. Its a estimate that suggests. The suggestions include those using ITIN numbers. Legitimate ITIN holders are non resident or resident aliens. These are not illegal aliens though there may be a few in there that will file a return.
The constitution does not require that non-citizens get representation in Congress. Are you out of your mind? If we had 30million Eastern European conservatives living here skewing congressional representation the left would be having a meltdown over this.

Meh. Most census workers dont want to go to their door. Largely due to language barriers.
When I had the census workers pay me a visit I refereed them to the three houses across the street occupied by multiple Hispanic families and challenged them to determine how many people lived in each house, their legal status and the other 400 thousand questions I was asked. They declined my challenge.
