That's from Guiliani himself, essentially ADMITTING that "someone" committed CONSPIRACY with the Russians to hack the DNC.

He said that's the only allegation that would be a crime if it happened. He didn't say it happened.

Giuliani's job is to break the bad news.

Whether it is Trump involved in hush money payoffs he had been lying about or admitting the "No Collusion!" business was BS, Giuliani makes the rounds and breaks the ice.

I suspect he's going to be busy the next couple months.
