1. Healthcare - Government in many forms and ways have been running healthcare and because they run many aspects of it since the 60's things and corruption has sent in. Laws past to benefit insurance companies or the government is part of the problem. Government solutions are not the answer.
If you tell me we have private insurance and we are capitalist that is a nonsense most of this was lobby in congress with laws that benefit those companies. Before medicare, and medicade in the 1950s and older what did sick people do before these social programs? You went to the DR and the DR worked with you for payment and or whatever. Some of it was charity work, Drs were well paid and it was a great profession. As technology advanced this should have lowered costs instead it gave government and insurance companies REASONS to increase prices to the point where you NEEDED insurance and the government.

Restore the principles of open market medicine, making Doctors and services the price setters and the market insurance companies fit over the customers for lower affordable costs. All government assistance in medical costs will be worked with private companies and the charges like anyone else in the private market prices.

2. Wars, Military Bases and budgets
Leave every middle eastern country, Secure the borders of the united states, change the immigration laws and work Hb1 visa laws and invest in technology for defense missile defense. The post 9-11 group are obsessed with war, death and killing and like nothing more then to be in countries forever. Time to come home.

3. Inner cities
Violence, crime and police.
This is a culture of poverty, learned behavior and people generally over the decades take pride in being from the hood or ghetto. The police (racist and non racist) are just tired of dealing with the same idiots everyday. The looters, the drug dealers, the murders and the rapists and the back talking "children with guns" and the gangs. The neighbors are more interesting in protecting the scum of the ghetto then the police. Chicago should be on national guard lock down and run down every gang, drug dealer and low life and throw them in jail.

4. Student loans

Student loans should be open to all markets and lowered to market rates. All student loans should be able to be transferred to a balance transfer to lower rates.

5. The FED. Legalize gold and silver as legal tender and offer Treasury backed money again not FED money. Let the market drive the cost of money and dollars.

6. Voting System
Open voting, using Credit Card verify technology and a voter PAPER trail. Just like all transactions for something you purchase are tracked we should have a voter card, and one time vote and THAT IS IT.
The government will give you a card once you verify your a citizen who has the right to vote and that is your voter id card which has a credit card strip on it. You go to a voting machine like a ATM/Debit machine and vote. No more shads and people hiding ballots in the backrooms and the Voter machine prints a copy for the voter with confirmation number of their vote, and paper trail and is accessible online at all times. Its 2019 lets get some common sense.

I agree with most of the above.

Except #3, I would wall in the ghettos and let them kill each other off.

My list:
1. constitutional amendment to ban (advocacy for) all forms of leftism, socialism and cultural marxism, as felony treason. Remember neocon ideology (democracy promotion), feminism, open borders, anti-Americanism, cultural relativism, race-IQ denial, third worldism, anti-white racism, welfare state... are all different forms of leftism.
You can maximize either freedom or equality. I vote for 100% freedom (from other people violating your private property rights), ditch all policies/propaganda related to (wealth) equality. Leftism is anti-freedom. Also it is not "freedom" to take anything from others, it is a sin.

We definitely need more candidates running for seats of power, that will actually attempt to change things, it seems we just keep electing politicians who do nothing, Trump is the exception, but there are many things, even he has no desire to change, that need to be changed.

A great example is the drug war, majority of the public is totally against this today, and yet where are the politicians who run on ending the drug war as soon as they win? Dems are thought to be less supportive of the drug war, but when Obama was in office, some of the toughest drug laws were created (opioid prescription drugs), so it appears the dems are not really that much against the drug war.

1 Universal health insurance thru a payroll tax of about 7% employee and employer each. Direct write off for self employed above say 15% rate.
a) approximately: $25 copay to see a general doc (gynos in this category) 50 to see a more general specialist like ear nose throat and 100 dollars to see a brain surgeon. Disallow state laws that disallow nurse practicioners and PAs. It does not take full PHD to diagnose an ear infection and write a scrip for antibiotic.
b) NO exclusives on past patent medicines. (AKA Shkreli)
c) Pharma not allowed to charge above the median price in Germany, Canada, Austrailia, Sweden, UK. It is not up to the US consumer to be the sole funder of global drug research.
d) Revocation of the law against govt negotiating drug prices

2 Differentiate between the .01% rich who create (venture capital), those neutral , and those who are parasites (Like Lampert). Tax them accordingly. Clawbacks on hedge funds and private equity who pretend to turn around companies but really loot them (AKA a bust out) and dump the pension on taxpayers. Yes with proper credit for previous liabilities.

3 Get us the hell out of most of the mideast.

4 Ban on all previous members of congress from lobbying. Strict limits on campaigns by dollars and time. Im also tending toward the idea of a 3 round jungle primary system that is open. Neither the GOP or Dems represent the great majority of Americans.

5 Ban on all forms of partisan gerrymandering

6 Ranked choice voting

7 Voter ID. ID is 100 percent free. Parties are free to help seniors etc get them, drive them to polling places etc.

8. Ban on policing for profit in all forms. Asset forfeiture only if asset is purchased thru or used in a convicted crime or plea bargain. ALL proceeds to to the state government and must not be rebated directly back to the originating police department. Police may seize assets to prevent them being moved but the burden is on the police to prove they are criminally connected, not the other way around.

9 Term limits of total of 10 years house and 12 years Senate with lifetime cap at 18 years. No pensions.

10 Voting booths shall print a 2 part card that is 8 x 11 that is perforated longways. Said card has a serial number. Each half of card lists serial number and vote choices. voter to retain 1 copy, polls the other. After 1 year the kept copy may be destroyed after being scanned (For the unlikely need of future verification if necessary). Vote harvesting by non family or caretaker shall be illegal (See NC house district 9)

11 Money shall not be considered speech but instead the amplification of speech. You are not entitled to out amplify everyone.

12 Ban on free stadiums for pro sports teams beyond infrastructure feeding private stadiums. IE roads sewer etc. No tax breaks.

13 College loans shall be credited at 5% of the net federal income tax paid. I do not like gender studies majors (etc etc) as useless. that being said, I am uncomfortable telling anyone they may not do it. Solution is to credit back those who can make said degree work and not help those who do not.

14 Community colleges shall offer the top 12 by EMPLOYER demand stand alone (No masters or PHD needed) bachelors degrees at 128 credit hours. Said degree shall now be modular and at 80 hours, shall be an associates degree. Thus if life interrupts in the 3rd+ year, said person can pick up the pieces later and continue the upgrade from associates to bachelors but no matter what, does at least have the associates degree.

As much as I would love my own constitutional amendment to ban self righteous extremism (see above). I would not change the first amendment except the money part above. (#11) IE you can say what you want, but are not entitled to buy up all the media and buy congress.

This is a rather daunting task but I can ouch on where I would start.

Public education. Remove ALL political issues from the process. Including social issues like gay marriage, religious equality, racial strife, LGTBTABCGEFD nonsense etc. Education should be in practical academics NOT agendas. In high school all students will receive mandatory firearms safety and handling training. This will NOT be an elective. We are an armed nation and our young citizens need to know how to properly conduct themselves with the proper use of those arms. "Gun control" issue solved.

Overseas financial aid. There will be no such aid given any foreign country. Our money stays at home where it belongs taking care of our own.

Border security. Our Southern border is a huge problem. One way or another we need to take complete control of I and stop, not just stem, the illegal crossings pouring into our country.

Public aid. Such aid will NOT be given to illegal aliens. No medical, financial, SNAP or anything else. Illegals will be reported and deported immediately. Birth right citizenship only applies to LEGAL citizens. If you are an illegal and give birth here your offspring do NOT have that status nor will you by rote be entitled to any public aid or rights of citizenship because of that child.

The war on terror. This will be conducted much differently. There will be no occupying large scale deployments. If a nation is supporting and exporting terrorists to our shores or against our national interests they will be bombed, droned and missiled into rubble. If ground troops are used they will not be invasion and occupation oriented. Short term smashing and breaking then withdrawal leaving carnage in their wake.

Military funding. Our military's are very important. However there will be no more money pit boondoggles like the F35. Effective and technologically superior to our enemies equipment can be developed without such overly expensive projects like the F35. We would pull in all such horns and concentrate on what we know works and can be maintained.

This is my short list. By themselves hundreds of billions of dollars can be sved and put toward the betterment of OUR country. OUR people. Being the worlds policemen and our nation proper being a refuge for Mexico's and Central America's hordes would be over. Our military would be more practically oriented, our education system would not be an indoctrination program and we would not be pouring money into s***hole countries overseas.
