Money laundering and bilking folks out of their money at a bogus university for starters. The jerkwad is not even allowed to have a foundation at this point. Once Mueller is done the list will be extensive.
Trump will be viewed as one of the dumbest Presidents we have had, and also one with the least amount of ethics and lower morals than Bill Clinton, which is saying a lot. His administration will be viewed as America flirting with fascism. So far his only accomplishment worth note is getting two SCOTUS picks on the bench, and possibly a 3rd one before he is out. We won't know for many years whether his trade wars were success or failures, and whether his near break with NATO will be good or bad. Economically he has probably set this country back by trying to recapture lost strengths (steel and coal) and not encouraging America's current strengths (high tech, biotech, aerospace, education, medicine). The business about the wall will be lost to the dustbin of history. It is a big deal now but 20 years from now nobody will even remember it. The other wild card is climate change - if it turns out as people are projecting, Trump will be blamed for not seizing the initiative when he could. It is turns out to be a big nothingburger, Trump will end up looking like a visionary. I doubt it will be the latter, but we will see.
Trump's climate change stance has nothing to do with anything but his catering to the corporate puppet masters. As for his SCOTUS choices...he was directed as to which corporate tools to name when one seat really belonged to Merrick Garland, but no right wing pick had the integrity to admit that now did they. These justice appointments should be null and void when he is finally rendered null and void.
The first President who was escorted directly to jail when he vacated the White House. Good probability of this, seeing the piling of coming indictments by SDNY, at the very least. Probably more.
He will be remembered as the glorious Russian who brought the U.S. to her knees before Putin because it will be the Russian writing the history books by then. Or maybe he will be remembered as the Impostor President who brought down the republic and ushered in climate disaster, leaving only the 1% in underground bunkers.
I know how I judge him, but I am going to muster every ounce of objectivity I possess, and say I suspect that depends on what happens in the intervening years.
History will annihilate Donald. He will go down in history as the worst president of all-time.
100 years from now, our great great grandchildren will wonder how tens of millions of Americans supported such an awful scumbag in Trump.
