Seems backwards to me.

Eliminate incentives for illegal immigration.

Impose harsh consequences on employers/ households who employ undocumented workers.

Create incentive to self deport. Complimentary and safe trip home. $ to start over. Ability to apply your for legal immigration from home country. Would be substantially cheaper and quicker than attempting to round up 11-20 million ( dependent on who is counting) illegal immigrants, Due Process, Jails, and appeals.

This is comedy gold.

"Murder! Drugs! Violence! Be afraid!"

"Gimme money for the humanitarian crisis I created."

"BTW, I still insist on $5.7 billion for the wall America doesn't want."

What a negotiator.

If the Democrats nominate Hillary again, Trump will win easily.
