This is the danger this much money poses.
The power over others and they will not be cutting back only you will.
There is another danger - one that was recently expressed.
Republicans passed the tax cut. Democrats belly-ached about it being a tax cut for the rich. Voters in wealthy areas immediately voted in Democrats.
Why?
Because the tax cut limited the deduction for property tax to $10,000. And they want that money back.
Evidence?.... Rep Nita Lowey, D-NY, introduced a bill to increase the limit as soon as she could. All the while, screaming about tax breaks for the rich.

I'll have to add this to my backlog of books, I haven't had much time to read recently.

Thanks!

edit: While I haven't read any of his books, I've seen him in interviews and on TV, and find his criticism of elite wealth well put in many cases.

Since you're so opposed to taxes and government, are you okay with abolishing all of the government? Or is it you only want those parts abolished which don't directly help you personally?
To add to this, the government creates the laws that allows for ownership of large amounts of capital by protecting such claims with armed force.

Please, tell me how these rich people worked harder than everyone else to get here. Tell me why having unelected elite ruling the global economy while keeping everyone else in poverty is good.

Please, tell me.
Good for them.

So what. That doesn't prevent you or anyone else from making a good life for you or your family.

You people are insane.

Money has existed long before government!

Again, are you a slave master or God? You don’t get to decide how we live our life unless you are one of them.
