All she needs is
1) the votes of the voters in her district to be their representative
and
2) the votes of her caucus members to be Speaker of the House
Also - the US has a president, not a ruler. You obviously don't know that, and you obviously don't know what the Constitution requires to qualify for being president. What about requiring a civics exam in order to take part in P&OC?
I am pretty sure that if Pelosi ever became President that she would do more than watch TV and send out tweet storms. I also suspect she would not kiss up to Putin while at the same time saying she does not trust her own government. And I am pretty sure she would read security briefings instead of demanding the comic book version Trump gets because the words are too big for him. You may not like her politics but she is more than capable of leading the country if the need arose.
