I don't have a dog in the fight one way or another with Obama, but the post (if I'm reading it correctly- if not please correct me) is implying that Obama is responsible for this?

It's the only method of border security that has any effect on keeping illegals from actually crossing the border instead of stopping them after they get here.
If they can claim asylum, then they can automatically stay here while their case is heard, tying up the courts and giving them time to find work and pop out an anchor baby.

No, not solely. I think Bush and Clinton would also bear responsibility. I am not trying to fight. I just wanted to know if people knew any of this.
