Chief physician Allan M. Lund at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen warns that vegan food can have severe consequences, such as epilepsy and ultimately developmental disorders.
“Such a diet may involve developing different brain symptoms. With muscle weakness, poor contact and epilepsy. And in the long term mental retardation”, says chief physician Allan M. Lund
I don't know about this but I'm glad people can do research on it. What I do know is a vegan diet was unhealthy for one of my kids who has now eats a mostly pescatarian diet with a little meat on occasion. I don't know the reason why it was so bad for her, maybe further scientific studies can figure it out.
Maybe that's why all those vegans are so fat, they don't know when to stop eating and they're full.
That's funny! I went out with a very in-shape woman who proclaimed that salad was for fat people. I laughed and asked further to which she asked if I ever noticed that most of the people eating salad are fat.
It played well with my schtick when asked if I eat salad and I say yes, all the time...but I make sure a cow processes it for me first.
