Cohen is playing a game. There are no threats against his family. That's a stupendous lie. Yes, I admit that it reflects poorly on Trump that he hired this sleazebag, but Cohen's decision not to testify has nothing to do with anything Trump has done, and your comment really is silly. the reason it's bad idea for him to testify under oath is that he will be cross-examine by lawyers from both sides and he can open a can of worms unknown to the public and he leaves himself open to lying under oath again or other crimes.....If I was his lawyer I would tell him not to testify until the Mueller report comes out....His lawyer already advised him on that and if they didn't he should get new lawyers.

yep. We've all heard them. Whether anything gets carried out might be up for speculation, but the threats were uttered publicly by the President. I'm not sure why the title of this thread got changed to add the word alleged, because I didn't have it in there.
A veiled threat worthy of an investigation is obstruction of justice if it proves out. Mueller is on it like white on rice.
