These identity politics, TDS addled degenerates that compromise NYC leadership more and more cannot even accomplish the basics without making something a political issue.

NYC thinks they are the center of the Universe, the rest of us don't care. Let them fix their own problems.

Like CA, NYC will eventually have the uber rich and the working poor to take care of them. It's the Liberal way.

NYC, LA, San Francisco and many other liberal cities are raising taxes big time for the homeless issue but it never gets better.

Liberals could care less about the public health issues and third-world conditions increasing in many big cities. They care about if a person of a certain group that votes liberal was made upset by a comment on social media, they worry about allegations from many decades ago accusing influential conservative appointees of things that were not reported to law enforcement, they worry about a degree or two warm up in the weather that may or may not be related to humans.

They think that having tens of thousands of people pooping in public and having infectious diseases untreated because there is no housing and ultra-limited treatment will not have massive public health ramifications.

It's going to get much, much, much worse before it gets better. I think the chances of a massive public health nightmare that is a city or state wide emergency situation is likely to occur in a big coastal city soon. Possibly NYC or maybe LA or San Francisco.

Seems like these ultra-liberal, big cities are on the verge of a massive public health crisis because they waste almost every dime of the fortune they spend on "homeless programs".

These homeless programs do nothing about the supply of housing. If they give vouchers out that just decrease the vacancy rate in cheaper areas and the rents skyrocket.

They can build new units but it's very expensive and supposedly they have to pay prevailing wages so by the time all is set and done, each new small affordable housing units in big, liberal cities is about the cost of a luxury mansion in parts of middle-America.

Alot of liberal cities have very strict guildelines on occupancy. So if someone wants to rent out spare rooms or their yards for some money they can't because of intrusive liberal regulations.

So many old vacant state and federal government owned buildings that should be redone into rooming houses that have an employment program.

The liberals decided to almost eliminate the thousands of SRO hotels in America's largest cities that were a mainstay of people who needed a place to sleep for the night and place to store belongings.

The solution was to build "affordable housing" but for every one expensive luxury unit they build there will be 10 more people falling through the cracks of society sadly.

Liberals have always repeated their own failed regimes throughout history and never learn from it. New Yorkers are on another level of stupid because they actually have multiple instances in their history of economic growth and prosperity under Republican conservative rule and then complete descent and chaos when transferred to the Democrats. They. don't. ever. learn.
