Trump was telling us more than 3 years ago we needed a wall and only NOW it's an emergency? He'd better be able to point to exactly WHEN it became an emergency and NO, when Congress wouldn't give in to his personal obsession IS NOT an acceptable answer!

Lets say for the sake of argument you have valid concerns regarding the aforementioned. I find it funny how you equivocate on Obama being on "iffy grounds" regarding his EO's, but not with Trump.
Liberals say there is no emergency, yet caravans of thousands of non-American people (most young men) are headed toward our border, intending on breaking our laws with undoubtedly a percentage of criminals and leaches among them (not to mention potential gangs members & terrorists), and you do not consider that an emergency.
If those coming were intent on invading your city/town and bringing all the need for resources and potential crime to your doorstep, you'd likely feel very differently.
Yet you and others seem to lack empathy for those fellow American citizens who will have to deal with such things.
Liberals seem to worry about how criminals in jail are treated, and minorities who might be unfairly targeted by LE.
Yet few seem to care about law abiding America citizens who must deal with all the ills that illegal aliens bring to our country.

It became an emergency when GOP lost full control of all branches of the government. Now they can blame Dems for their own inability to build the wall.
Yes I do! The battle was lost but it led to Mexico losing Texas, Arizona, New Mexico and California to the United States. It didn't work out too well for Mexico. Are you sure you want to keep that analogy?
So President arse hat gets the money for the wall. Either Muller gets to him first for whatever reasons. OR in 2020 he loses the election and funding for the wall is revoked.
