I think he's a bully, and I think most bullies are inherently weak. On the other hand, I despise Coulter, and hesitate to adopt any terminology she uses.

That leaves the third option. I think he was an idiot to start this fight in the first place, and to make The Wall™ the centerpiece of his entire presidency, but allowing the government to reopen while the grownups negotiate was probably one of the smartest things he has done since taking office.

This is what I think as well. The whole wall debacle is stupid and Trump is not the sharpest crayon in the box.
