Trumpism has taken over the GOP. No room to grow in that movement, as you so eloquently illustrate. Trumpism someday will probably be deemed a temporary aberration but until that time the entire nation suffers due to the collapse of any type of conservative principle.

There is plenty of growth available,FINALLY a party or at least a leader of that party reached out to the working class and its worked. He won 3 states no GOP presidential candidate had won in decades. His Latino numbers especially among men are skyrocketing and his black approval numbers were up who knows how high but I tend to believe the NAACP poll since they are someone that black folks would be fine giving an honest answer to.

We'll see. He also won because he won Florida,Ohio,Iowa,North Carolina etc. He had 260 without those 3 states he needed 10 EV to win the election without those 3....so Nevada and New Hampshire could give him that exactly or Maine and Nevada or JUST Minnesota which he BARELY lost in 2016...

You can understand her position when you consider that Arizona just nominated Kelli Ward, the Trump-loving contrails nut job, as chairwoman of the party. The GOP no longer panders to the extreme - they have become the extreme. There is simply no room in the party for rational conservatives any longer.
Both parties do it. This is why I want ranked choice voting, jungle primaries, and the outlawing of gerrymandering. I want to see the parties both largely destroyed. They represent only the craziest in this country in addition to being completely bought.
