U. S. Representatives are not impeached. They can be recalled by a vote in their home district, after a successful petition drive has put it on a ballot. They can also be expelled, with a good cause, by a 2/3 vote of the other representatives, but this is a rare occurrence, having been done only five times in our history.
Apparently the OP thinks search engines should answer all his questions the way he wants them too at all times.
yeah.. I can see how a totally confusing and bizzare query like "can pelosi be impeached" would defeat any search engine..the possible results could be anything[[sarcasm off]].

Google doesn't interpret keywords as a question, even if you think that's what it "should" be doing.
All keywords are taken together, and put through its algorithm and compared to its indexed database. Relevant content based on those keywords is then chosen and shown to you.
If you want to find something that actually contains that exact phrase, you can put the search in quotes (""), and it'll search for that exact phrase.
Other engines might show you different results, but that's not necesarilly due to some "nefarious meddling", as you seem to suggest. It comes down to different search algorithms, differences in how each engine scraps the internet for its content, and differences in how that content is weighted against all other content.
Your specific example is a great one - it will show you results likely where Pelosi and Impeached are found together. What kind of articles do you really think will come to the top? Not very complicated.

Oh, I don't know. Since she can't be impeached and since she keeps getting asked about a possible Trump impeachment a lot now, maybe that's why so many of those Google hits are about Pelosi being asked about Trump's possible impeachment.
Also, if you do a Google search just to be outraged, chances are you'll find something to be outraged over.
I just search Google for "can pelosi be impeached" including the quotation marks and the first hit is this thread. Why? Because Pelosi can't be impeached. On Bing, that search gets two of the ones you mentioned as well as another thread on C-D by someone who doesn't know how government works from 2009
The funniest part is who started that thread back then and that they were told then that the Speaker of the House can't be impeached. First mention is post #24, then again in #25 I'm guessing the OP back then saw those posts since he posted again at #30 at which point I gave up.

Reason: Took "else" out between "someone" and "who"
No, it's just proof that you're incompetent at internet searches. You conservatives always look to fanciful conspiracy rather than critical elavuation of your own inadequacies. What's ridiculous here is not Google.
Everyone knows that if you put "Pelosi" and "impeach" together, you'll get a bunch of news/op-ed hits on her and Dems potentially trying to impeached Trump. Even the most productive Bing search results you got pointed to a Change.org petition and a Yahoo thread, hardly enlightening.
So what the intelligent person seeking real answers searches for is: "Can a Senator be impeached," or "Can Speaker of the House be impeached." Google that and you'll get some results. And the basic answer is that there are provisions under which a Senator could be expelled.
By the way, Google "impeach Pelosi" and you'll also get your Chang.org petition as hit #1.
Is there a point here? Are you actually suggesting they're influencing what comes up when you search for those words together? LOL...
Do you understand how search engines work?
Actually they are influencing results based on the user, and have for quite some time. If you and I enter the same search terms, we most likely will get different results. And we have no control over it.
