I would hope so. I just don't know what kind of proof they need, etc.

I just read that he was supposed to be interviewed again by detectives and he never showed up.

It's a safe bet the raid on the 'suspects' home was done in conjunction with the FBI... they collected magazine(s), paper stock and stamps among other things.
