I read somewhere that Smollett specifically asked for Robin Roberts to interview him. Wonder why? lol
Yeah, wonder why is right. And they have the nerve to call this kind of thing journalism but the networks and hosts know if they don't go along they won't be granted interviews. To me, it would be better not to get these fluff pieces and be more credible.

Yes, that was reported the other night locally. Like the woman they were interviewing said, 'If I could do it over again, I wouldn't.' That's some kind of stupid just for the sake of curiosity.
Anybody who works in healthcare knows that they can't access a patient's records without prior authorization or a specific need to do so as part of their job. They'd of gotten that training the 1st day they were on the job, and for those who went to school for some level of clinical training or certification, they'd of learned all about HIPAA while in school.
I still predict Jussie will be a featured speaker at the 2020 DNC convention, right after Stormy Daniels does her pole act and before the burning of the flag.
I was having a bad day but that got me laughing. Too bad I can't rep you again.
But seriously that's how we liberal Democrats are going to wind up losing in 2020.

Back in the day, you used to have to find the chart at the nurses station, and look at it right out in the open. Now, the records are all on the computer, so you could be looking at anyone’s medical record, and people will just assume you are looking at your own patient’s record.
Of course, now there is a digital trail to follow, when a problem like this one occurs.

At work we all have our log in for patients records, but we log in and stay logged in and everybody is literally using the same log in.
Basically, if I come in at 7am, I log in to competers then I just stay logged in. The next person comes in and instead of logging me out, they just use the site under my name. So..in school we were told to never look at a patients record that wasn't our patient due to HIPPA laws. But it's way too easy to circumvent. Besides...we all do it. We all look at patients records even if it's not OUR patient. Not because we care Really, but because sometimes the job lead us to that point.
