I told you guys right from the start this would happen here in this thread and I repeated it a number of times.

Jussie Smollett is a Hollywood celebrity who also checks a number of other boxes on the Democrat left's "Identity politics" hierarchy of 'social justice'. The Democrat left has corrupted our system of justice and it can no longer be trusted to adjudicate matters based on whether the accused's conduct violates the law, but instead preferential treatment is openly granted based on the person's politics, their celebrity status, their sexual practices and of course the color of their skin.

If anyone here had any doubts about this shocking truth, the dismissal of these charges against Smollett should go a long way towards clearing up your confusion on this point.

With the Democrat left, we are no longer a nation of laws, we are a nation based on personalities and political preference.

From what I heard they had a pretty strong case against him.

I wonder what exactly happened. If they guy is innocent he's innocent, I still would like to know some of the details as to why they are dropping the case.

If it was a technical error wouldn't the County issue a statement saying that because of technicalities charges were dropped.
