He's looking for a job and pandering to the Dems. If you're going to go after a gay black man, even if he's a criminal and lying piece of trash, you better show your allegiance to the party somehow. This was Rahm's way of doing that, just in case anyone doesn't like the fact that he's going after Jussie.
