Smollett is saying those two brothers (Able and Ola) had it out for him and attacked him. He is throwing them under the bus in a lame attempt to save his public image. Talk about a double cross. Plus, the fact that the brothers are black makes it even worse. I mean, doesn't Smollett consider himself to be a black rights activist? I believe Smollett is claiming that the ski-mask wearing brothers made him think that they were white MAGA attackers. They used this ruse in order to "get away" with their attack on him, and he had nothing to do with it aside from being a victim, implying that the brothers somehow had it out for him. Whew.
Jussie Smollett Files Counterclaim Against Chicago for Malicious Prosecution
Jussie Smollett filed a malicious prosecution counterclaim in federal court late Tuesday against the city of Chicago, multiple Chicago Police Department officers, including Superintendent Eddie Johnson, as well as brothers Abimbola Osundairo and Olabinjo Osundairo, stating that "as a proximate result of the wrongful conduct engaged in by Counterclaim-Defendants, Mr. Smollett has suffered and continues to suffer substantial economic damages as well as reputational harm, humiliation, mental anguish and extreme emotional distress in an amount according to proof at trial."
