I used to be this dumb. I admit. Back in 2000, a coworker from Canada said to me "YOu know your media is biased, right'? I was like what? I had no idea what he meant. It was only after Obama got elected and I was a SAHM that I began paying attention and lo and behold, he was right.

Amen.

A form of dementia. I have a friend who has been diagnosed with this. It's a shame age 60 and thinks that they have travelled the world, been to royal weddings and are friends with tv stars.

Trump is ill.
That would be as disparaging as I saying that you are so and so..............
He has passed a clean bill of health...............

The media is at the forefront pushing this socialist agenda.
Paul Joseph Goebbles Adolf Hitlers Propoganda minister
stated that if a lie is repeated often enough it will be believed.
The word Nazi was derived from the word National Socialism .
Because they hate his guts with an uncontrollable passion. At first they thought he was a joke as did a lot of Republicans, myself included. But then he started winning, knocking off all of his competitors one by one. Whether you like him or not the man is no idiot or fool. You don't go on to winning the presidency as a complete outsider if you were. He is resented by career politicians on both sides based on that fact alone. They think that it's not fair, that Trump never paid his dues and never worked his way up the political ladder as they have.

I wasn't too pleased that he secured the nomination as I truly believed that he could never beat the criminal pathological lying b**ch from Chicago/Arkansas/New York or the little Communist curmudgeon from Vermont. He was also my next to last choice ahead of Kasich for the nomination. I wanted either Cruz or Carson and ended up voting for Cruz in the primaries as he is a true Constitutionalist. But I really liked Carson all the same.

I voted for Trump in the general election as I never have nor ever will vote for a Democrat for any public office or position. I've had my fill of both them and their policies when I lived in New York. But now that Trump's president and I see the way the media has been treating him I detest and loathe the media even more. It's gotten to the point that I don't believe a GD thing that they report as their agenda is clear as day. There have been a few recent reports where they jumped the gun with their over zealous enthusiasm to take down Trump. In particular Buzzfeed. Then a British newspaper had to apologize and pay substantial damages for it's false reporting on Melania Trump. CNN also falsely reported the Trump supports racial profiling. They even went so low as to criticize Melania Trump for wearing Timberline boots while visiting the troops in Iraq. What a bunch of pathetic losers! They must sit around all day conjuring up negative things to report about him? If they can't find anything they'll just make it up.

But now that he's president, I'm not sorry that I voted for him. He seems to be fiercely loyal to those who supported and elected him. But most importantly and true to his word he has appointed and the senate has confirmed Constitutionalist justices to the federal judiciary and the Supreme Court. They will be rendering decisions long after Trump has left office for decades to come and are our last hope for preserving our Constitutional Republic from becoming a socialist aristocracy.

The media bashes Trump because he invites and deserves it. His constant lying and ineptitude merit criticism.

I think his " lies " keeps every opportunist off balance.

This is a truly stupid poll.

Do you think books affect the way people think?

Do you think education influences people's choices?

Do you think being well informed influences the way the public thinks?

How many other lazy, unfocused, general, leading questions can we make polls that will tilt the way we already want them to?

In the past people went into journalism with a passion for the truth and the thrill of pursuing truth. Now it seems, people go into journalism as another means of driving their ideology and agenda and truth is just a quaint notion.
Agree with the shift away from professional journalism, but not the motivation. While some might be motivated by ideology, most of them are motivated by $$$. Most of them are wannabe actors and actresses and celebrities, talking heads more or less. More of a rock star mentality than anything else. Which of course coats all the media with a veneer of shtick.
