Are the Dems that dim witted that they need to have Trumps basic common sense speech broken down for them into manageable easy to understand chunks?
Trump is not a rocket scientist speaking a different language so why do they feel the need to translate what he says?
Do the Dems come on to talk their people off the ledge?
I don't remember the Reps coming on after Obama gave a speech? I only remember the media praising him for everything from the speech to how sharp he looked in his suit jacket.
I think it is that the Dems simply cannot handle the truth and need to be spoon fed some dribble from a trusted fellow Democrat so they don't throw themselves off the roof.

As a rebuttal to your post: Opposition party has been doing rebuttal speeches since 1966. BTW it was a Republican rebuttal at that time.

In that light, no, but she is just another in an unhinged generation of socialist thinkers and snowflakes, promoting loserism, free stuff, and taking away the things that made our country great. Whatever contributions she makes to the rebuttal speech will be all too predictable.
