I guess Rand isn't the forgiving type.A hypocrite just like his meth-addled hero Ayn.

lmao Since when does it matter if someone is the forgiving type? Another example of someone on the left who doesn't want people held accountable. Despicable.

btw Ayn Rand isn't a hero of his, not that you care about the truth.

One can fairly condemn Paul for having really good insurance he denies for others, but the money has to reimburse, cover other costs, pain, suffering and be a deterrent.
He never has denied insurance to others. That you would make something up in a thread about someone being attacked isn't surprising. Despicable.

The article i saw months ago said the neighbor pled guilty. He was upset because Paul created trash pile on his own property, but in the neighbors view from his patio and backdoor. The neighbor hauled it off twice, but Paul kept rebuilding his yard trash pile.

SO, the neighbor could see it from his patio and back door, and went into pauls backyard and hauled it off and then attacked him because paul kept making trash piles in his OWN back yard....

Does that even make sense to you?

He has no problem with making us a slave to his health care.

You have no problem making things up. If you had actually listened to the video you linked and cared about the truth you would understand it is YOU trying to enslave the people with your forced healthcare. Paul is not using force on anyway. Unlike the low life progressives.

If you cared about the truth, you'd fully understand Paul is trying to take down barriers to make healthcare more affordable. Unlike the loser progressives who want more government which has to be the one of the dumbest things to push for. Hows that working out for Big Pharm vs the people? Granted you wont address that point since it would expose progressive policies as failures.

Whether or not the amount of awarded damages was excessive (seemed that way to me), at least he won the suit which was a valid suit.

Why didn't the neighbor plant tall shrubs on his own property or build a wall so he wouldn't have to look at it? Walls work!

I'm wondering why this anesthesiologist didn't get jail time. If you or I had committed assault and battery, we'd be in jail. I guess he must have been a Democrat.

He did get jail time. He had to serve 30 days in prison (and pay a ten thousand dollar fine).
Considering what he did, it doesn't sound like a lot, but we all know we have a messed up Judicial system.
Sometimes murderers get paroled out in six or seven years.
I can understand the Senator for suing him, yet I think 580,000 was a bit excessive.

I'm pretty sure a senator lives in an affluent neighborhood.

I don't think it's excessive at all. The idiot could have killed him and he can probably well afford to pay this amount. If not, he can make payments until this is paid. No one should be able to beat up a neighbor over something as stupid as this and then get a slap on the wrist.
