Did Paul ever move his trash pile next to the neighbor's patio and back door?

The article i saw months ago said the neighbor pled guilty. He was upset because Paul created trash pile on his own property, but in the neighbors view from his patio and backdoor. The neighbor hauled it off twice, but Paul kept rebuilding his yard trash pile.

I remember the good old days when conservatives said everyone sues at the drop of a hat these days. Well....I guess now it's "get the money and run".....money has to come from somewhere (insurance companies), meaning everyone else is paying for it. Socialism.

Of course, he deserves to have his medical expenses paid...but that usually involves homeowners insurance companies between themselves (yes, they cover such things).

I guess Rand isn't the forgiving type.A hypocrite just like his meth-addled hero Ayn.

I never wanted to beat up my neighbor for the 12' high and 30' circumference mountain of horse manure piled near my property line.

ETA - He was attacked so of course he should sue.

I'm not a Conservative but I understand the argument but this wasn't over a drop of the hat. He was attacked and sent to the hospital.

Seems a little excessive IMO. This idiot is supposed to come up with $580k for beating up his neighbor?

Avoidable stupidity should be costly.
