There are 2 other active threads that are going round and round on the topic of women's reproductive rights on this forum.They are in response to recent legislative developments in the states of New York and Virginia. One is concealed under the replacement of RBG by Amy Coney Barrett and the other more obviously titled.

Because that is what New York's new abortion bill allows. Doctors cannot overtly kill a child after it has been born, but they cannot be prosecuted if they deny it care and allow it to die AFTER it's been born.
