Do you really think "experts" want to solve our problems? Why?

Laws are a social construct. Most other social constructs have been thrown out the window (just listen to Hate Radio and check)....so why should we care about anything???

One thing you may find that a plurality of Americans agree on...is that American isn't working. They will differ on WHY, but they will agree that it doesn't work.

When a complex nation and society falls apart it certainly isn't going to be improved by sending "experts" and billions of dollars to attack the problem.

IMHO, the single biggest problem we have in the USA is lack of education. It is at the root of all the other problems that then cause more problems and then are the market for "lawless" activity.

Also, Freakonomics (real economics) tells us that more money can be stolen in a chaotic and dysfunctional system.

Putting it another way - no one wants to solve these problem (except in political forums, etc.).
Wrong. You misunderstand education versus the capacity to learn. Do you really think all of these illegals raise our nation's collective iq?

Our military has lost due to politicians meddling. If it comes down to armed conflict, then it must be concluded in the harshest terms, even if means completely wiping out the country. Use whatever weapons necessary since civilized behaviour has no place in warfare.

As for your other arguments, enforce laws vigorously or do away with them. There should be no middle ground.

Now I realize why you always seem to be guilty of black and white thinking. It is because it is the only kind of thinking you are capable of.

Hitler was the same way, you know. I suppose if you were president, and some minor transgression against the USA happened somewhere in the world, you would respond with the harshest possible response. The concept of a "proportional response" would be lost on you, the world would view you as a ruthless bully, and you would be inviting attack.

Yep, sounds like Hitler to me...

War is politics.
Period.

The question and.or statement was not "we have the weapons to destroy the world". We surely do.

It was more about whether or not that is a good idea.

I'm all for legalized opium - in fact, I'd decrim. most every drugs.
But not fentanyl.

No middle ground? The entire world consists of middle ground. Go outside and yell at the sky to move that cloud over. Tell the ground not be muddy...or dusty. Tell people to be perfect.

I'd think you'd guys would get tired of losing against Trump. Been going on since y'all said he'd never be nominated back in 2015.

Trump knows more about technology than anyone (he said that last week).

How much has he asked for....for DOGS?

That is funny. And telling.

"Conservative" logic never fails to go far off the rails. It's not just wrong....it's crazy wrong. Like if you were trying to think carefully about what NOT to do, even then you'd have to be inventive to come up with much of it.

I guess that is where fear and the profit motive take you. Lots of money to be made on all parts of the Good Guys Bad Guys play acting.

I know it's an article of faith among Trumplings but it remains a fact that repeating a lie doesn't magically make it true. You can believe your own lies, the rest of us have no obligation to
