Europe, Japan, Australia, and quite a few other places are relatively clean and safe from contagious diseases that you usually find in dirty, poorer regions of the world.

I agree, we should not allow people from third world countries into America.

Apparently, you are unaware that legal immigrants have to go through a medical exam before they are allowed to live in the US.

Illegal aliens, who have no business being here, go through no such health checks.

People who travel to the US with tourist visas do not need to do any medical checks. The number of people who overstay their visas outnumber illegal border crossings.

Only people who get their green cards in their home countries and those who travel to the US for medical procedures need to show their medical tests.

Do you ever bother to look anything up before you start typing here? Mexico's vaccination rates are higher than the US and there are no Central American Countries with significantly lower vaccination rates

There are plenty of african nations with high vaccination rates, but that doesn't stop diseases from spreading like crazy over there.

It's more about cleanliness and clean habits, and not having 10+ people sharing a 2 bedroom apartment, which is common for illegal aliens or newly arrived immigrants from the third world.

No, actually the spread of disease is all about the vaccination rate, it's called herd immunity.

Absolutely not.
Bacteria and viruses mutate rapidly and can easily defeat vaccines, that's why the flu vaccine is often not effective and rarely worth getting. Most vaccines only protect the person from a handful of strains of a particular disease (for a short period of time), meanwhile there could be dozens of more strains they won't be protected from.

Cleanliness, indoor plumbing, sewage treatment, antibacterial soap, immune health reflected by a healthy diet, showering daily, etc, is largely what prevents epidemics -- vaccines play a smaller role.

I never said vaccines weren't good, I was merely articulating the fact that cleanliness habits, in-door plumbing, sewage treatment, water treatment, and other technologies had a far greater impact than vaccines.

For diseases that are highly contagious, deadly and/or seriously debilitating, like smallpox & polio, vaccines actually make sense. Unfortunately in the case of polio, hundreds of thousands of polio vaccines were contaminated with SV40, a cancer causing virus, which may have caused an untold number of cancers in humans who were given those vaccines. Vaccine science is far from perfect. Most of the vaccines being giving out today are for relatively mild diseases that won't kill you & mostly go away on their own. The recent measles "outbreak" is a laughable example of media sensationalism & hype.
