I eat right and exercise, but I still have difficulty focusing on the 3 hour phone meetings we have at work thrice per week. After a half hour my mind starts wandering, unless I take medication. I only need my medication for the meetings.

No, he wanted some Republican support so that it wouldn't be a Democrats-only bill. That's why the committee that worked on it had an equal number of Republicans & Democrats on it.



Of course, it was the Republicans' bill originally, anyway, back in the early Clinton days. I believe it originated with the Heritage Foundation, but I could be wrong about that.
