Can you imagine what the death toll would have been. Probably in the millions! Thank God for fossil fuels but for how long.

Solar or Wind power cannot replace fossil fuels

How many people do you know who heat their homes with fossil fuel? I think you are confused. The Green Deal is about making home improvements involving wall insulation, hot water systems and boilers in addition to solar thermal energy, depending on what is most practical to where you live. Most of the people who died because of the polar vortex were living outside, one in our state was a college student who got accidentally locked out of his dorm and froze to death. All the fossil fuel in the world isn't going to keep people from freezing to death in sub-zero temperatures if you're outside long enough. Last I heard it was 36 and that will go up as they find bodies in the snow.

Dems hate people, and prefer to depopulate the planet because we are bad for the environment. Some even root for human extinction. So it's no wonder they are always working on new projects and narratives to put humanity on the brink. Liberals are best ignored for the betterment and advancement of the mankind.

Excuse me correct if I’m wrong. I heat my home using a natural gas fired boiler and my mother heats her home using an oil fired boiler. Are they not considered fossil fuels

Fossil fuels are going to run out in another 50-60 years anyway, so at some point nobody will be heating their homes with it.

That’s what they said fifty-sixty years ago.

They’ve been predicting that myth for years. And we still keep discovering more fossil fuels all the time.

There are a lot of people in my area burning wood. I have one for a backup. I got too old to cut my own wood and buying it is getting pricey.
