Why are socialists accepting Pelosi, Blumenthal, Kerry and so many other, super rich Democrats?

Why do socialists stand with Hollywood rich people like Madonna, Jay Z, Beyoncé etc.

Why don’t they ask them to give up 70%-90% of their income as these rich people seem to be Democrat’s who fight for their cause!

Socialists stand next to them, cheer on with them, have the same goals but these rich cronies don’t seem to pay up out of free will.

Most rich people don’t agree with socialists and are honest. They worked hard, risked more and don’t agree to pay that much.

Socialists, please make me understand how you are such a hypocrites.

Please with hold any remarks about the President and if you want to discuss the President then start your own thread. This is about this subject.

They did in the UK in the 70's, which is why so many fled to Switzerland and the US.

It also wasn't just entertainers, scientists and entreprenuers also left for other countries in what was known as the brain drain.

LOL those that endorse it hold a what's good for thee is not for me... Didn't see ol Bernie sanders take that sideline money to pay for free college or housing did you? Talk is cheap. I'd actually have respect for the political and entertainment elite that actually partake in their belief... not just talking about it, but being about it...

Tax the rich! Translates to, I'm a Robin Hood economist that has no clue of the tax laws in the USA and what "loopholes" are available to "the rich" that the middle class and upper middle class aren't privy to, nor do I have a clue to the fact what accountants and tax attorneys "the rich" can bankroll to be immune to higher taxes...

I practice what I preach. Trump's tax cuts = my employees getting nice raises. Less money going to .gov, operational expenses remained unchanged = money that would have gone to uncle Sam and the tax man went to my employees in raises. To hell with a bonus. That means 1099 and they pay tax on it...
I don't lend credibility to leftists beliefs.

Redistribution of wealth from the rich to the poor isn't socialism?

Not by definition, no. That's called income re-distribution.

I know that when your entire knowledge based comes from talk radio, things like this may be hard to fathom.

Then why does Ocasio-Cortez talk about raising taxes to 70% for people making more than $10 million?

Where else are you going to get the money for socialist programs other than from rich people?

Money has nothing to do with this phenomenon.

The fact is, creative people tend to be liberal. There is an abundance of evidence to back this up:

One
Another
Quote:
He found that compared to liberals, those endorsing more conservative positions had fewer creative accomplishments, and produced photo essays and drawings that were judged as less creative (although statistically significant, note that the effect sizes weren't huge). Even taking into account the vocabulary and openness to experience of each participant, the results for drawing products and creative behaviors still held up. Interestingly, he also found that those who were more conservative did worse on the vocabulary test and were less open to experience.
So, as long as you have creative people, they are going to tend to be liberal. Conservatives are simply going to have to get used to that, and there's nothing they can do about it. That some of these creative people end up being famous and making a lot of money, is simply the nature of creative endeavors such as acting, and artistry, and music and creative writing, and so on. The masses like to consume such creative works, so their creators end up becoming rich.
