The President is an elected official-- subject to being rejected by the voters in the next election if they decide he's not doing a good job.
FBI/CIA etc are bureaucrats who are not subject to recall by the American public. We have to rely on our elected officials to do that-- but unreasonabley Left leaning media makes even that a politically dangerous proposition for the elected.
Bureaucrats place themselves at a disadvantage when they actually solve problems: no problem, no need for the bureaucrats. Their self-serving goal is to perpetuate problems.
Way down deep, Liberals seem to think rather shallowly.
