As to scandals. let's go to Wikipedia which I have never heard accused of being biased.

For Obama, they list eight scandals in Obama's 8 years in office. Only one of those, Patreus, resulted in a criminal indictment.

For Trump, they list 14 scandals in Trump's first two years in office, and of those, five resulted in criminal indictments.

I never heard any talk or reason to consider impeaching Obama. We won't know about Trump until Mueller is done. If there was no criminal activity, he should not be impeached.

Judge denies request for dismissal:

“ A judge on Wednesday denied a bid to dismiss a lawsuit alleging President Donald Trump's inaugural committee and the Trump Organization misused non-profit funds to enrich the president's family business.
...
But Judge Jose Lopez ruled against the defendants, writing that Racine's office has "sufficiently alleged that Defendant PIC is continuing to act in a prohibited manner," referring to the Trump inaugural committee.”
