He acted like an adult for the most part, gave a speech that was written for him well. Yay.
What remains to be seen is if he actually meant everything he said and will he flip and say the opposite in the coming days and weeks, as he seems to do quite a bit.
Cannot trust a single thing he says, he has lost all credibility...he caved and reopened the govt after saying he would keep it closed for months or even years if necessary, "the security of the nation is THAT important"...I guess its not that important after all!
Yes those are all good things. The problem comes when a serial liar talks you don't know what are just empty words and what is the truth. I know one part of his speech that he believes to be true. When he said that he shouldn't be investigated. He believes that he is above the law, but fortunately, we the people don't. Congress will do proper oversight. Like it or not, we the people elected them to do just that.
Tell me what part of his speech have not been backed up with his actions.

Apples and oranges..Nixon didn't allegedly collude with anyone to sway our election and Trump didn't authorize anyone to break and enter.
