Why? Virtually any microchip can be removed in 10 minutes by a low grade tech. About as difficult as giving a drug injection. An hour or so on the internet and I could do it. Small incision, pull it out, tape the incision. Probably no need for a stitch. I just had a cardiac recorder removed. Much bigger device. Some glue and a bandage to seal the wound.

She's lied before so its to early to be sure yet but its a sign maybe something is possible.

Did not Trump in his "State of the Union" Address call for A BIPARTISAN working together? Maybe she is giving him a .... OK Let us in Congress come up with a deal .... THEN THROW THE BALL AT TRUMP TO SIGN A COMPROMISE.

Will HE CAVE?

After a compromise Bipartisan deal .... she can then give Trump credit for another Government shutdown if he gets one on his desk before the deadline ......

Then she called the Trump Card.

No, it wouldn't. All that is needed is for the Supreme Court to rule on it based on the actual wording and intent of the birthright citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment. It is clear that babies born from illegal alien parents are not birthright citizens.

Madam Pelosi hasn't "caved" or anything of sort. She merely stated would accept a bipartisan deal *IF* it was reached. Scanning the lay of land DT seems to have no intention of allowing such a deal to happen, at least one that does not give him exactly what he wants. It's like telling your eejit son he can have a new car if scores straight A's in school. Yeah there is a chance he will rise to the challenge and you'll have to pony up; but odds are you've made a pretty safe wager.

All politics is about the art of the deal; and Madam Pelosi has forgotten more about that subject than His Orangeness ever knew. The woman hasn't outlasted three or more GOP speakers of the house much less continue to win reelection in her home district for nothing.

Not really. Then it needs 3/4 of the states by legislative or ratifying state congress to approve. No way on earth that a modification to birth right has that level of support at this point.

Pretty close to unthinkable and likely to remain that way for a long time.

Democrats are more than willing to spend more on border security. They are also in agreement that it won't be appropriated for a wall. There will be no wall funding in the deal. So no she didn't cave. And the only pressure is coming from Trump because the majority don't want a wall. Most blame Trump for the shutdown. If he chooses to shutdown government again because he didn't get his way....it's all on him and he will be the one who pays politically.

Incorrect.

There are many house Democrats who are more than happy to vote for the wall. It's Pelosi that is keeping them from doing so.

Then she really is a powerful Speaker leading the House .... Sure you want to claim that? Trump respects those he sees WITH POWER.

72% of Americans agree with Trump on his plans for immigration.
