The no tax for LLC was the killer. Hundreds of thousands converted to avoid paying any taxes. That is where the tax shortage came from. Plus there is no such economic theory as trickle down. It's made up.

It resulted in severe out-migration of people from most areas of the state outside of a few metro area locations, resulted in severe shortfalls in tax revenues, declining infrastructure, severely unfunded schools, cuts to state healthcare, and cuts to counties. Kansas is last in revenue from tourism dollars, and also does not have the revenue stream quantity from oil and gas leases that states south of it do. In reality, tax cuts for LLC's were reversed, but governor mismanagement and a failure to understand basic economics was a significant factor. Brownback was a delusional individual, ranked about the same as the former governor Malloy of Connecticut.
I am curious how the state of South Dakota manages to not have a state income tax, but it has a far lower population.

They were caught running guns from Colombia. It was the same thing the US was doing with the UN humanitarian shipments into Aleppo during the siege of Al Qaeda in Syria.

Nothing in the past so far compares to the 12 trillion dollars in financial asset purchases made by the US central bank and its subordinates in Japan and Europe which many refer to as the latter of the three.
