the standard of proof for label/slander against a public political figure is extremely high. so to answer your question ( tho i doubt you were looking for one ) is no, thier chances of winning would be next to zero.
I am glad to see that the liberal media is going to be sued out of existence (rightfully so) by the Covington boys for slandering and defaming them..
