Trump, the hero of the working class, is helping Americans get off food stamps.
------------
More than 1.4 million households dropped off food stamps since President Donald Trump’s first full month in office in February 2017, according to U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) data on food stamp enrollment released Friday.
I deliver meals on wheels to many of those people...living in old vans behind rotted out shacks.
46% of Floridians are not making it. That means either in poverty, close or at best week to week at low wage jobs. MAGA? Doesn't look that way to me.
It's really easy to destroy something...much harder to build it. It seems that something isn't computing here. If a record number of car loans are over 90 days past due.....and 46% of Floridians (and I'm sure many others..this is just one example) are struggling, then it's hard to imagine people saying they don't need some help.
Plenty of jobs in TX and FL where min. wages is $8.50 or less. That counts as employment. Same goes for the millions in the "new economy" driving uBer or Lyft and losing money (and not knowing it). Check the studies....those drivers make less than min. wage in many cases.
As many have noticed (including economists), full employment at this point doesn't mean much....since the system has driven wages down and down.
If employment meant something.....
Car loans wouldn't be 90+ days late - the more since 2009
The Stock market wouldn't be lower than it was a year back.
Housing in many areas wouldn't be down...in terms of sales....
Major Brokerage firms would be predicting low returns for the next decade.
The Fed wouldn't have put on the brakes.
and much more.
These things matter.

Especially if Trump is President. But if it were any other president, you would like full employment.
But regarding wages;
Wages and salaries jump by 3.1%, highest level in a decade
Wages and salaries rose 3.1 percent in the third quarter, the biggest increase in a decade, according to the Labor Department.
