Actually CA looks pretty neutral on the donor/ taker state list

Exactly. I don't like CA at all. BUT I have no problem with them ruling their state as they see fit. I have a real big problem when they start to enforce their crazy on the entire country.

Indeed- The US was originated with the concept of local political control, not rule by a distant tyrant. Libs seem to forget this concept when trying to use federal law to impose their views on other regions of the US, at which such views are not apt nor welcomed.
