Imo, all the mass shootings today reek of an 'MK Ultra-esque' tactic....Govt orchestrating mass shootings in order to manipulate public opinion on guns/ gun control.
We know for a fact our own Govt (cia) was attempting to do this very thing with MK Ultra... I guess its just a coincidence, a few decades later, mass shootings start happening regularly.

Black, Asian, Hispanic....take your choice. They are all represented. It's not a race trait to be a mass shooter. The only semi common denominator I've seen are psych drugs. What common denominator do you see that actually means something?
