That's basically called a dictatorship. Might as well disband Congress and just annoint Donald as King.

Thank you ! Seriously ! What s it going to take for America to wake up and realize the Trump Republican Party is attempting to finally, fully overthrow the USA from the inside.

There was no national emergency declared with either Obamacare or DACA. Not sure what your point is.

I guess we can all blame Obama for opening up Pandoras box. You dems don't get to break the rules and then declare the other side cheaters when they do the same thing.

Trump supporters apparently don't know the difference between a bill that passes both Houses of Congress and is signed into law, and a president attempting to take the Constitutionally given power of the purse away from Congress and do whatever the hell he wants with it.

How do you have a conversation with such uninformed people? It's like trying to explain calculus to a three year old. The intelligence to grasp this apparently just isn't there.

Evidently no one was upset when Obama did it 13 times evidenced by the fact that there were no lawsuits and Obama didn't try to circumvent Congress to do it.

Media Matters and their DNC masters are mobilizing. I imagine they are calling up their Antifa troops now for the riots to come.

You know he s giddy to take American citizens property. A Putin Land Grab.
His Eminence Trump the Treacherous

Future administrations will just topple one by one his abominations against humanity. Just like Saddam.
Hammers and picks to tear down every inch of the WALL once he is removed from office would be appropriate. And the same for the cages used for the children coming across the border.
King Kaos overthrown.

Well duh, of course, its not an 'emergency' to them, after all, they have to ensure the drugs keep flowing in consistently, cannot wage a justifiable drug war thru out the country if the supply is reduced or stopped.

Plus, many smaller police depts rely on budget money for the drug war, along with stuff they get from raids, busts, cash and property seizures, that are auctioned off, reducing or stopping the flow of drugs into these areas would be devastating to the depts and their families.

And the majority of drugs come through legal ports of entry.

There is no national emergency. Just a big fat voice in Trump's head manufacturing a crisis to appease his base. Period.

Calling for a national emergency isn't unconstitutional. Using it to circumvent congress' power of the purse is.
