If they will let here certified doctors from civilized countries (EU, Australia, Japan etc) without crazy exams and certification?
120-150.
Is that for a 9-5 employed doc? Or is that for all docs? Primary care, specialists, surgeons and/or self employed office docs? 24 hour a day on call docs, locums docs? There is no standard doc and no standard going rate. that I know of.

I'm a doc. And I never took any 'crazy' exam or certification either.
because they don't know how to cook... that's the entire reason they eat out so much
I think the reason they eat out is that they're used to it and have gotten lazy. That, and working all the time, they don't have enough time to cook.
But cooking doesn't have to take that long and there is a such thing as a microwave. Buy a rotisserie chicken, nuke a few baked potatoes, and some frozen vegetables. If they want to get fancy, steam a couple of carrots, lol.
People believe things they see on tv and social media so maybe the government should start putting ads on showing how to "cook" a simple meal. They got us to stop smoking by showing ads on tv, drug companies try to get us to take their latest prescription Rx by advertising on tv, so how about a few short cooking ads?

Its not just eating out but what people buy at the supermarket. Here in Arizona there are state public service announcements trying to get people who get EBT to make healthy choices in the food they buy at supermarkets. Most of these people have the time to cook but often choose processed food instead of fresh vegetables and meat.

Crock pots are good. I use them. You don't need to be a 5 star chef to throw a bunch of ingredients in a pot and let it simmer all day. I also use a Foreman grill to grill chicken which is fast and easy to prepare.

I would not say the government has stopped us from smoking. 38 million people still smoke. Most of the people smoking today were well aware of the dangers when they started, yet they did so anyways.
First you would need to ban junk food advertising. As it stands there are endless food prep videos on youtube and facebook. A few gov't PSA's is not going to counter the endless bad food choices advertised all day long which are very appealing to a big part of our population and a big source of revenue to all types of media.

Or substitute a bagged salad for the frozen veggies. Easy. Quick.
I agree 100% with what you've said. It's NOT hard OR costly to implement healthy eating habits.
We could start off by taking the money used for farmer welfare in producing cheap gmo corn to make junk food and ethanol and reallocate that money toward the health care crisis that cheap junk food helps create. But yes, multinational conglomerates own our food system and would never allow that.

80+% of the Farm Bill funds Food Stamps. End it. And end the Food Stamps program. I agree.
That will generate the $3.2 trillion/year in additional tax revenue needed to fund Medicare for All (Urban Institute)? Show your math.
By simple extrapolation. Today Medicare spending is $700B. Since seniors account for 34% of healthcare spending, I estimate Medicare for all would cost $2.1 trillion (which is closer to Bernie Sanders' estimate).
Currently, Medicare is funded 40% from payroll tax, 40% from general fund (income tax, mostly) 15% from premiums and the rest other sources. Assuming the same ratios, Medicare for all could be paid by increasing payroll tax by a factor of 3, from 1.5 to 4.5%, plus a commensurate 3% rise in average income tax rates, although the rise in low to mid income tax rates would be less due to progressivity in the tax code.
