Is being accused of sexual misconduct allegations from multiple individuals and refusing to step down.

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA – The mayor of West Hollywood refuses to step down amid allegations of sexual misconduct by three members of a choir he was involved with.

Singers Brian Phillip Nichoalds and Jason Tong allege Duran put his hands inside their pants or underwear without consent, according to Los Angeles Magazine. Others allegations against Duran include inappropriate comments and touching.

As a member of West Hollywood City Council in 2016, Duran and the city settled a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him by an aide. The aide received a $500,000 settlement. Even after the payment, neither Duran nor the city admitted any wrongdoing took place, Los Angeles Magazine reported.

Seems like the first thing people give a crap the most about is whether the accused is a liberal or a conservative and base their opinion on that.

Just accusations at this point. No evidence to support the claim. Whatever happened to burden of proof before people demanded they step down.

Jim, will you resign from your job immediately if you were accused regardless if it we're true or not? If someone decided you were guilty just because of your political leanings would you be okay with that?

This sounds pretty legit though ; plus did you see that there was a sex harassment case against him just in 2016 ? Settled for $500,000 .. but I’m sure he was innocent . Just like O.J Simpson
