Of course, the current one is led by a Republican, that Republicans seem to forget....

You all said that about Comey!!! Then we find out he hasn't been Republican for more than a decade.

WTH does party affiliation have to do with anything? I don't care what party anyone is affiliated if they are large in charge and corrupt.

The point is that this whole thing was started by and lead by a Republican. The definition of a coup is "a sudden, violent, and illegal seizure of power from a government."

This investigation is neither sudden, violent nor illegal.

Now we are supposed to get excited because a majority wants a special prosecutor?

Ah, no.
No, they didn't.

Hillary got a plurality of the votes cast, she didn't get a majority.

Hillary got 48.2% of the votes cast.

Meanwhile, the Kennedy family is going, "A coup? Puleeze!" A conversation about the possibility of bringing up the process to begin 25th Amendment hearings is not a coup.

The Trump loyalists are missing the point. When was the last time you heard anyone seriously bring up the 25th until now?

Heck, open an investigation though. I'd love to see what it brings out about Trump

They did more than that. But, according to Mueller, the discussion you refer to constituted conspiracy to defraud the United States. 18 USC § 371.

Why is that "the point"? The fact that there are tons of Republican sleazeballs hardly lends credence to this undertaking.

It wasn't a coup attempt, so the question is based upon a false premise.
