What a bad day! Kraft stock plummeted before this was announced, apparently the Heinz Kraft corporation has lost something like 16 billion in equity and its stock has dropped from $50 to $35.

No ones rights are being violated and 2 people entered into a consensual contract. The only thing that is somewhat shocking is a man who will be 78 in June and can still get it up.
