Heck yes. The 501(c)3 I volunteer for paid $25 for fingerprinting - I work around schoolkids, perfectly fair - but DNA and $250? We'd have way fewer volunteers - good thing, too, because we'd be unable to afford them. (I donated the $25 and deducted it from my taxes. That's not going to work any more either...)

Hey, he marches under the GOP banner. Here's hoping for a primary challenge. And FWIW, even as a reaction to that horrid event, it's still a solution looking for a problem. Old-fashioned police work busted the rapist in 3 weeks.
