Her confrontation with Trump trashed her career. I have a feeling that Coulter will be fine. Personalities such as Coulter need a way into the limelight/conversation to be relevant unlike Kelly who actually seems to aspire to be a legitimate journalist.
I'm wondering what the "conservative movement" is going to look like post-Trump. Trump more or less upended the Reagan orthodoxy and the conservative talking heads lined up behind him in support. My guess is that he's going to end up getting branded a charlatan and not a true "conservative", whatever that mean, once he's out of the Oval Office. Reagan himself wouldn't have passed the "conservative" movement's litmus tests. Maybe Ann is just getting ahead of the ball.
I dont understand people like this, they go on and on about Trump, claiming he is an idiot and has done all kinds of illegal and immoral things...but they are still 100% obedient and subservient citizens to Govt...
If they TRULY believe what they are preaching, its their DUTY to take action, to shut it down, even use of force is permitted under the right circumstances.
Thats kind of what patriotism is...standing up for your countries founding principles, even when its risky, and unpopular to do so, or the threat of arrest, imprisonment is there.
Ann Coulter has been a strong voice for conservative Americans for over 20 years. She was into politics long before Trump was, and she'll be around long after he's gone.
If I had to choose between the two of them as to which one actually understands how government works, it is definitely Coulter.
