Mark Twain wouldn't have used the term "media" at all.

Right after the gag order, Stone posted some nonsense on Instagram about how he was being persecuted by the deep state or some such nonsense. Someone took it right down.

Because 1==Stone started out as a collegiant trickster stealing the presidency of the Young Republicans or some such to gain his entry into GOP politics
2–then as a fair-haired boy he got the attention of those in Reagan’s cabal—like Jack Abramoff and Lee Atwater and Paul Manafort
Reagan’s people were another group of unsavory wealthy rule-breakers without lot of respect for the Constitution as the Iran Contra scandle shows and people who started young at that era stayed involved during the two Bush presidencies
3–he was smart enough to understand how to stay on the just-legal side of the law and lot of what he did was unsavory but effective
So he helped people win elections—
That is always a popular endeavor
4–Stone knew lot of people with money who wanted to stay behind the curtain so to speak and he was happy to front for them

I think Stone scares some people
He likely knows a lot of dirt about people they would not want in the public eye
Just like Michael Cohen now...

The appeal that Andrew Miller—Stone’s helper—filed against testifying before Mueller by subpoena has been lost
The only option Miller has now is to appeal to Supreme Court—
There is really little reason to think the Court will take up Miller’s appeal of the verdict he has to testify so Stone is going to have another reason to panic
Andrew Miller knows lot about Stone’s schedule and who/what he was involved with on specific days
This is important because Stone has lied repeatedly about what he knew and when he knew it
Andrew Miller likely knows if/when Trump met personally with Assange which is important piece of the evidence against Stone

Miller’s case was based partly on Muller being an invalid appointee—that he never should have been granted this power to investigate—
That argument went down the drain

The courts have no problems with Mueller’s investigation
It is only the criminals being investigated who do...

Roger Stone has to appear before Judge Berman March 4 because he has a new book about his trial coming out that he did not apprise her of when he was in her court the first two times

He is under a gag order—
I don’t understand how his attorneys much less Stone could think they would get away with publishing a book that violates the gag order

To me the attorneys need to be cited for contempt — they as much or more than Stone had a responsibility to the court to inform her of any future items that could impinge on his status

IF Berman considers this lack of information is a deliberate act of contempt toward the court Stone will go to confinement pre-trial
That is not a permanent sentence of guilty however

I want to hear what she tells his attorneys
They can’t have been ignorant of this event
And they have a responsibility to the court as well as their client which ignoring this forthcoming book just violates...
