Lock 'em up!
The number of people in Colorado who would test positive for marijuana at any given time regardless of whether they are driving or not has risen sharply too.

Correlation doesn't equal causation.

Finn has a bad problem and long history of moving the goal posts every time somebody proves him wrong, and it happens every time he participates in a thread involving cannabis.

He thinks it makes him look smart, but unfortunately (for him) it just exposes his ignorance.

The murder rate in CO is still not high (many conservative cities are mush worse), but it is important to note the increase.
Conservative Tulsa has a murder rate of 15.9 murders per 100,000, higher than what Denver has. No legal pot there. No legal drugs period. Hasn't stop gangs and meth.

Homicide increases in Colorado Springs? Looks like Lt Joe Kenda might have to come out of retirement to clean up the mess.

Don't forget this:

Liberal New York City murder rate: 3.39 murders per 100,000
Conservative Colorado Springs murder rate: 6.13 murders per 100,000

source

Liberal Seattle, Long Beach, Portland OR and Austin also have lower murder rates than conservative Colorado Springs. And ultra-liberal San Francisco is just a wee bit higher.
